These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and spitime (hereinafter referred to as "spitime", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at spitime.net.

By accessing spitime.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or using any feature of the spitime platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. spitime reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, with all deposited funds returned to the originating payment method after applicable verification procedures.

To access the full range of spitime games and services, you are required to create a player account by completing the spitime registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant the following:

• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

spitime reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your spitime Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You agree to the following security obligations:

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on spitime:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most Philippine payment methods. Cryptocurrency minimums are stated in USDT equivalent at the time of deposit.
• spitime does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. spitime is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits are credited to your spitime wallet in real time for most payment methods. In cases of technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• spitime reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations under Philippine law.

All deposits made to spitime are intended for use on the spitime platform only. Deposits may not be used for any purpose other than participation in spitime games and services.

Players may request withdrawals of genuine winnings from their spitime account subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to the account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are stated within the withdrawal section of your account and may vary by payment method.

spitime offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all spitime bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn.

spitime is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spitime platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with spitime games or services.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, particularly in live poker, baccarat, or multi-player game formats.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors in any spitime game to derive an unfair advantage. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to support and must not continue exploiting the error.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the spitime platform in connection with proceeds of crime, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines as amended.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at spitime staff, support agents, or other players.

All game outcomes on the spitime platform are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or delivered by licensed live dealer studios. spitime does not manipulate outcomes and complies with independent fairness audit requirements.

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through spitime.net are the exclusive property of spitime or its licensed third-party providers and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the spitime platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spitime, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the spitime platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical faults, platform outages, or communication failures beyond spitime's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Errors in game display or outcome presentation caused by client-side device or connectivity issues.

spitime's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to spitime in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The spitime platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While spitime makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors at all times.

spitime is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have a duty to provide tools and information to help players stay in control.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with proceeds of crime.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Receipt of a legally valid order from a Philippine court or regulatory authority requiring account action.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, spitime reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and, in cases involving fraud or money laundering, to withhold all remaining real-money balances pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting spitime customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and spitime in connection with these Terms, the spitime platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause limits spitime's right to seek urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
